KPI Update Email

KPI update email notifications are used to remind users to update their KPIs.

STEP 1: Go to Administration > Email notifications > KPI Update. Administration > Planning Administration > Email Notification > KPI Update

STEP 2: Specify a frequency with which the system checks whether the KPI has been updated.

STEP 3: Also, define the frequency with which to send out follow-up reminders.

As with Action Update Emails, selecting NEVER will switch off this functionality.

STEP 4: Specify a email subject and the email body content.

STEP 5: Click the 'Save' icon.

Calculated KPIs will not generate reminders but each sub KPI will have a reminder generated for it.

For KPIs, a maximum of three reminders are sent in an escalating fashion as long as the KPI remains not updated. Please refer 'KPI Update Rules' for more information.
